Teleprompter Training

Team Lima, Peru's bid for the 2015 Pan-American Games.

We’ve successfully trained thousands of VIP speakers to use teleprompters.

Some may never have spoken in front of a camera or an audience at all.

Or, they may be experienced speakers but new to teleprompters.

We know what it takes to put them at ease and deliver their best. Neil has a Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology. Other team members have backgrounds in acting and presenting. We’re all focused on making your words flow when spoken aloud.

We also work alongside a variety of speech coaches that bring experience from high level corporate media training to you.

Too often, a teleprompter script is completely re-written on the day of the event.

It could be first time the talent has even seen what was created for them. This can be exhausting to the them and stressful to the client. It can also be expensive with the rest of the video crew waiting around and pushing overtime.

Our solution is to offer a teleprompter and script rehearsal day with just your talent, your team, and one of our operators. It could be either at your location or via video conferencing like Zoom or Webex.

Compare the cost of just us versus an entire stage and crew waiting around.

We can also do rehearsal days with the full presidential prompter or camera mount prompters. This gives your talent a chance to:

• Get introduced to the flow of teleprompting.

• Hear how their scripts work when spoken aloud—versus just words on paper.

• Play with pauses for effect.

• Make edits with legal, marketing, or the scriptwriter present.

It also allows the talent a good night’s sleep, knowing their script is tight. Ultimately, it allows the real event to go smoothly. This saves considerable time and stress for everyone.
